No flashing lights or timers.&nbsp;If it is found that your lights are tripping the electricity and causing the trees to go dark your lights will be unplugged and the extension cord removed&nbsp;until new, appropriate, lights are installed.</li></ul>No decorations or lights can be placed on the sign or on the ground by the tree. Violations of this rule will cause your decorations to be thrown away and could result in refusal of sale for a tree in the future.Decorations must be up by November 20th&nbsp;and removed by January 4th, 2027.
