We hope you’ll join us for the full two-day conference, but attendance on both days is not required. During registration, please indicate which day(s) you expect to attend so that we can plan accordingly. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE CHECKOUT: Zeffy automatically suggests an optional contribution to Zeffy to help keep its platform free for nonprofits. Friday’s program will feature our research symposium, followed by the broader conference program on Saturday with presentations and panel discussions addressing health across the lifespan, community-based initiatives, research collaboration, and connections between Cabo Verde and the diaspora. By registering, you help advance CVAMS’ mission to expand medical assistance, strengthen health education, and build a network of clinicians and partners committed to addressing the health needs of Cabo Verdean communities.
