Their most significant contribution came during World War II, when an estimated 15,000 to 20,000 Chinese Americans enlisted &ndash; representing nearly 20% of the Chinese American population at the time. As our nation celebrates America&#39;s 250th Anniversary 🇺🇸, we honor not only Chinese Americans but all those who have worn the uniform in defense of our Constitution, preserving the ideals of liberty and justice for all.&nbsp; Founded in 2003 at the beginning of Operation Enduring Freedom, Chinese American Military Support (CAMS) was established by a group of Chinese American parents whose sons and daughters answered the nation&#39;s call to serve. Today, CAMS continues its mission by providing meaningful support to military members, veterans, and their families.&nbsp; Please join us to honor the men and women who have dedicated their lives to defending the freedoms we enjoy.
