VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR OUR ANNUAL GALA 2026.

OVERVIEW

• VENDOR SETUP: 11/14/2026 at 5:00PM unless other arrangements are approved.

• VENDORS WILL RECIEVE:
• • (1) [1] 6-FOOT TABLE
  • (2) [2] CHAIRS

• VENDORS ARE:
• • (1) Responsible for their own setup, breakdown and keeping area clean during the event.
  • (2) NOT required to stay for the entire event, yet will not be refunded any portion of vendor fee for leaving early.
  • (3) To report issues with assigned vendor space immediately to the Vendor Committee contact.
  • (4) To report disputes with another vendor and/or customer immediately to the Vendor Committee contact.

• VENDORS UNDERSTAND:
• • That once officially approved as a vendor by the Committee, that the vendor registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ALL REASONS EXCEPT CANCELLATION OF EVENT.
  • That by paying the vendor registration fee associated with the event, you agree to following Release of Liability:
  • • The vendor participant, whether business, business representative or individual, waives their right to sue the Indianapolis Chapter of Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (ICIBE) for negligence or harm in the event of an accident. As well as waive their right to sue for loss or damages for items, inventory and/or materials, whether physical, digital or intellectual that may occur due to participation in event.
