It&#39;s an event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉Mission Statement In honor of Henry Chang&mdash;a devoted engineer, immigrant, and mentor who served the City of New York with integrity and compassion&mdash;our mission is to empower individuals from New York City&#39;s underserved communities by providing access to technical education and hands-on training. We are committed to fostering opportunity, resilience, and socioeconomic advancement through skill-building programs that reflect Henry&rsquo;s passion for learning, service, and uplifting others.We are proud to be an FDNY-accredited Refrigeration Licensed school, offering free classes that prepare students from underserved area of NYC, to obtain their Refrigeration Operator&rsquo;s License&mdash;a course that typically costs up to $7,500 at other accredited institutions. Our instructors are all volunteers, generously donating their time and expertise to help our students build a better future.&nbsp;To continue offering this life-changing program, we host one major fundraiser each year.
