Fill in your score card in numerical order. If you start on 9 then your next hole is 10 (not 1). When you finish 18, go back to 1, etc.&nbsp;We need accuracy on the cards for the skins game. With 18 or more teams we will pay out 3 flights &amp; 2 places. Less than 18 teams, we will have 2 flights &amp; pay 3 places. Flight winners will be paid out in cash. **Ties will be broken from a number chosen at random and trace backwards until a place is granted.
