Join Slow Food NYC for our annual Spring Slow Down at The Marshal, an evening celebrating good, clean, and fair food in community. Guests will enjoy a seasonal four-course dinner with premium wine pairings, thoughtfully crafted to reflect Slow Food values and the care, craft, and community behind every plate. Inspired by Chef Charlie&rsquo;s roots in his family&rsquo;s restaurant and farm on Lummi Island in Puget Sound, The Marshal brings that same thoughtful approach to its menu and dining experience. About Leo Mora:&nbsp;Leo Mora is a multicultural viticulturist and winemaker with roots in Oregon and hands-on winegrowing experience on the North Fork of Long Island. He began his North Fork career at RGNY as viticulturist, later becoming winemaker and vineyard manager, and now serves as Production Winemaker at Sparkling Pointe. Across vineyards of every scale, he has championed organic, biodynamic, and certified sustainable farming as essential to great wine and the long-term health of the industry.
