Application Fee

The application fee is&nbsp;non-refundable. Upon successful payment, the application will be emailed to the email address used at checkout within 12 hours. The completed application must be submitted no later than 8:00pm on February 15, 2026. Late applications will not be considered. Applicants who are selected for membership will be required to submit a $265.00 membership fee after receiving notification of acceptance.&nbsp; All applicants selected for membership must be willing and able to participate in all phases of the Membership Intake Process, which will last approximately 6&ndash;8 weeks.
