🛍️ Vendor Fee — Arms Around Our Community

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Arms Around Our Community: A Girls’ Night Out for Hope, hosted by The Woman’s Club of Cayce in partnership with Cayce Police Department Victim Services.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING YOUR VENDOR FEE

Vendor applications must be submitted and approved before payment is made. Once your application has been approved, you will receive the link to pay your vendor fee.

Do NOT submit payment until you have received approval from The Woman’s Club of Cayce.

Any payment made without prior vendor approval will be considered a donation to the event and will not be refunded or applied toward a vendor space.

📍 INSIDE & OUTSIDE VENDOR SPACES

We will have a limited number of vendor spaces available both inside and outside the Woman’s Club of Cayce.

Vendor space preference must be requested and reserved in advance and will be assigned based on availability. Your preferred location is not guaranteed until confirmed by The Woman’s Club of Cayce.

If you require an outdoor space, please plan accordingly and bring everything needed for your setup, including your own tent, tables, chairs, weights, and other necessary equipment.

🌦️ RAIN OR SHINE

This is a rain-or-shine event.

Vendor fees are non-refundable, including in the event of inclement weather, cancellation of participation by the vendor, or other circumstances that prevent a vendor from attending.

All vendor fees are considered a contribution supporting our community service project and will benefit the Cayce Police Department Victim Services Closet.

Your participation helps us provide resources and essential items to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumatic events in our community.
