This event brings together talented artists and renowned Texas wineries setting at Boerne Main Plaza over Memorial Day Weekend. This is a relaxed, fun art and wine experience with the attributes of a major fine art and wine festival. Friday May 22rd will be a ticketed Preview Party, including an auction, wine, and food from 4pm to 8pm. Saturday from 10am to 5pm will be the open Art &amp; Wine Festival.&nbsp; Artists will have the opportunity to interact with the public through demonstrations and booth chats in their assigned areas. Great food, music, and activities for all ages. Get on board with a renowned group of registered Artists who will be exhibiting their works for sale, and awards. We&rsquo;re inviting artists to showcase and sell their work at this beloved community event showcasing fine art, craftsmanship, and wine culture. With high foot traffic, enthusiastic collectors, and a festive atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity to gain exposure and connect with new audiences. Reserve your booth today and be part of a cherished Hill Country tradition! Fees:&nbsp;Booth fees are nonrefundable. Online payments only. Artists will receive confirmation of acceptance and payment. Artist booths will be assigned.&nbsp; Staff Support:Staff will be present on site throughout the entire festival schedule of events Friday and Saturday. Set Up:Artists can set up by 10am to 3pm. Friday Show opens at 4pm. Saturday set up will begin at 7am - 10am, and opens promptly at 10am. Vehicles must be moved from loading area by 9am. Tear down begins at 5pm on Saturday. Absolutely no early staging of cars and trailers will be allowed. No hammered-in stakes due to water lines. Only weights (25 pounds or more is suggested) or screw in pet type stakes. No tear down until the end of festival time of 5:00PM, a $100 security deposit is in place to cover tear down and clean up.&nbsp; Vendor Equipment:All vendors should have a canopy (since areas may not be fully shaded) along with the necessary tables and chairs for their booths. Vendors are responsible for bringing any equipment. Electric is available. Bring a 75ft electric extension cord. Parking:&nbsp;Artist and vendor vehicles are subject to towing in not parked in designated areas. Approved parking is at the Kendall County Courthouse, the Boerne Visitor Center (cars only), and Lohmann St. trailers are okay. ATMS:ATMs are available at the Plaza Gazebo and Bank of America. Restrooms:Restrooms are located across the street at the west end of the plaza.&nbsp; Pets:This is a pet-friendly event at outdoor locations, and owners are expected to pick up after their pets. Excessive barking is discouraged and may result in your being asked to remove your pet. Badges:Vendors will be given badges with lanyards for participant identification and entry into the Artists&#39; areas. Security:Police will be available if required for an emergency.
