Join us at the sanctuary for Arthur&rsquo;s Acres Art Safari, a special full-day sketching and drawing workshop led by professional wildlife artist Alison Nicholls. Inspired by the African Art Safaris she leads, professional wildlife artist Alison Nicholls will guide participants through the process of sketching animals from life. This time, with the beloved residents of Arthur&rsquo;s Acres as your models. Alison has been teaching sketching techniques on African Art Safaris since 2011 and brings years of experience observing, sketching, and painting animals in the field. Her work is deeply rooted in wildlife, conservation, and close observation, and has been exhibited by respected art organizations and featured in Artists Magazine. Guests will learn how to quickly capture pig shapes, movement, expressions, and personality through sketching, then build on those observations to create more detailed drawings in the afternoon.
