Troupe Eligibility:This is ONLY for 9th-12th grade students in the ATWAS training program that are NEW to our thespian troupe.&nbsp; To be inducted: Inductees must earn 10 points, 5 of which should be awarded for work done at ATWAS.&nbsp; Our thespian troupe participates in the Michigan Thespian Festival In December. This festival provides students the opportunity to participate In theatre workshops, adjudications of performances, and offers seniors In high school the opportunity to audition for college theatre programs and college scholarships. Fee includes membership to the International Thespian Society. About the International Thespian Society&nbsp;It is the only theatre honor society for middle and high school students in the United States. Affiliation brings credibility and distinction to students, theatre programs, and schools. It is a visible, positive symbol of the quality of your theatre program. ITS recognizes, rewards, and encourages student achievement and celebrates the work of students in all aspects of theatre &ndash; performance and production. Each student is honored on a national level and gains access to opportunities and resources beyond those of their school. Session Dates and Times:&nbsp;We will meet from August-December as needed to get ready for Michigan Thespian Festival. Some meeting will be virtually over Zoom.&nbsp;

The ATWAS Studio is on the south side of the building. If you enter the parking lot from Gerhardt Street, you will see an ATWAS sign directing you to our studio door around the back of the building) ATWAS Registration Rules and Policies:1. This is your confirmation email for the class.2. ATWAS reserves the right to cancel or rearrange any class in accordance with enrollment. In the event of a course cancellation, you will be notified before the first class and any tuition paid will be refunded in full.3. There is a cancellation fee of $20.00. Refunds will be given (minus the cancellation fee of $20.00) up to&nbsp;ONE WEEK before the&nbsp;first day of class. After that date, no refunds will be issued.4. In the event of inclement weather, please check your email to find out if class has been cancelled. In the event classes are cancelled we cannot guarantee a make-up session.
