Walking the Labyrinth is an age-old meditative practice for releasing ineffectual habits and attitudes, receiving wisdom from within, and opening to growth. Take advantage of the balancing energies of the autumn equinox and the change of seasons to begin letting go of what is no longer needed in your life.
