Great Lake Operetta's First Annual Fundraising Singalong ~ The Pirates of Penzance! Pour the pirate sherry and join us in the cozy dining room of Borelli's Pizza to sing along with the timeless words and music of Gilbert & Sullivan's most famous and beloved comic opera, The Pirates of Penzance! Within the Gilbert & Sullivan fandom, there is a long tradition of unrehearsed, group "sing-outs" or "singalongs" (sometimes called QWERTYs). To our knowledge, there has not been an open G&S singalong event in Chicago in numerous years, and GLO hopes that this one will be one of many future such events! Please join us in making this one a success!
