Welcome to Early Birds Club Yoga classes, a holistic practice designed to bring stability to your body, mind, and soul. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class offers something for everyone. We'll explore a variety of yoga poses to enhance your strength and flexibility, practice pranayama (breath control) to calm the mind, and engage in meditation to cultivate inner peace. Join us on this journey to achieve balance and harmony in every aspect of your being. All levels are welcome! Led By: Nidhi melag - 500-hours E-RYT Yoga Alliance Certified HSTY Teacher, Passionate in empowering individuals of all ages and skill levels to achieve their wellness goal. When: Tuesdays & Thursdays Time: 8am EST / 5am PST/ 5:30pm IST Where: Via Zoom. (All the registered participants will receive the zoom link) See you on the mat!
