Price covers 2 General Admission tickets. Each ticket includes coffee hour and lunch. (Lunch options will be provided in separate communication.) One table and 2 chairs are provided. Access to all panel discussions and breakout sessions for the ticket holders. Your organization will also be advertised on our social media and in our program (which will also be shared at every Casa BruMar Foundation event for the next calendar year). Additional staff, if needed, will need to purchase a separate general admission ticket. Doors open at 9:00am for Exhibitors to check in. Set up must be complete by 10:00am. We ask that you stay all day until closing at 4:00pm. ***** NOTE: This year the Symposium is only open to ages 18 and above. Please do not bring any volunteers who are younger than 18.

Provides a ticket for someone other than yourself. This ticket is at our Student rate ($30) and can only be used by those who are 18-25 years old who do not have the funds to purchase a ticket on their own. This is a great way to support LGBTQ+ youth and get recognition at our event.
