By renting a booth you agree to:

Set up at the times listed on the Vendor Expectations sheet.

Provide your own canopy, with approved weights of minimum 40 lbs per leg, plus tables and chair.

Have someone at the display space during hours of sale.

Assume responsibility for the collection and payment of any sales tax due.

Clean your display space at the close of the show and remove all trash.

Hold harmless the Larkspur Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Larkspur for any lossor damage to person or property of the Applicant.

The Sponsoring Organization reserves the right to have items removed from your space thatare not deemed to be acceptable. Continue to pay and accept these terms.
