Admission Ticket for the BCBC Barrell BBQ Event. 1 ticket is required for each attendee; if you are bringing a guest, please select 2 tickets.

BCBC Barrell BBQ Event Admission Ticket - 1 per attendee

We are very much so looking forward to our BCBC Barrell BBQ Hangout this coming Wednesday, May 17th @6pm! A big thank you to Barrell, our host Prashanth, and our pitmaster George for all helping tremendously to make this event a huge success! Date: Wednesday, May 17th Time: 6 - 10pm Location: 49 Waterfall Pointe, Chapel Hill, NC 27517 (Prashanth’s house!) Parking: driveway and street (cup-de-sac)  Tentative outline of evening (subject to change) 6:00-7:00pm: arrive, meet and greet, grab a pour 6:30pm: start grabbing some BBQ 7:00-7:20pm: Barrell Will Schragis introduction and discussion of the brand 7:30-8:00pm: guided tasting of Seagrass vertical (base, gray, gold labels) 8:00-8:30pm: tasting of old Barrell Bourbon batches 8:30-9:45pm: hangout 9:45-10:00pm: make your exit (it is your responsibility and we remind you to be sure to plan a safe ride home) *This is a casual event, come and go as you need, but be aware of the above rough outline.** It would be best to plan to arrive no later than 7pm…but if you need to, please touch base with Prashanth to arrange gate access.*** Be safe! It is your responsibility to plan appropriate transportation. Prashanth has graciously suggested that it is fine if ppl need to Uber/leave their cars overnight. ****Come with questions for Will if you’d like!*****Be ready to have a great time, and take advantage of the opportunities to get to meet other BCBC members!****** Be sure to pay ahead of time for each attendee through this Zeffy link******* A couple ppl have asked…If you’d like to bring a bottle to share with the group, you can (probably stick with Barrell/Stellum), but it certainly isn’t necessary! This event is something that we have all been brainstorming for quite some time, and we are excited to make it a reality. Barrell is one of the club's most active distillery collaborations and they always impress.  We are thrilled at their excitement and commitment to doing something special and crafting a unique and memorable experience for our club members.
