Come explore the connection between your voice and body in this workshop with voice instructor, Rose Fulton, on Saturday, November 11 at 12:00 PM-3:00 PM at St. Clare of Assisi in Ellisville, MO.  Within this workshop, you will learn applicable techniques for any and all voices and types of singing. Lessons of the body's connection with the voice, breathing exercises, and an introduction to vocal resonance will be explored with the group. This workshop is open to anyone; those who are church cantors, music directors, or want to be more involved within their church choirs are highly encouraged to participate.  There is also an opportunity for five singers to claim a 20-minute public lesson through the masterclass portion. These singers will prepare a 2-4 minute song to sing in front of Rose and the other participants, and then receive a lesson that explores the concepts learned in the workshop. N.B. This workshop and masterclass is a judgement-free zone. As a participant, support and encouragement of all singers and what they present is required. The purpose of this masterclass is for participants to see how the techniques learned in the workshop is applied in a lesson format and to hear the difference in the singers.Accompanist will be provided. All participants will receive a voucher for a free 30-minute lesson with Rose, valid from time of workshop until July 2024.
