LODGE ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT!  We certainly encourage you to register for the conference - onsite dorm rooms and camping are still available.  An alternative is to book lodging in nearby Eunice - see list below.  The New Venue for our 2025 Louisiana Native Plant Society Conference is the Acadian Baptist Center located near Eunice, La.   The Acadian Baptist Center has several options for lodging (including RV parking and camping), along with walking trails with natives!   The conference format will be similar to those of the past with great speakers Friday evening and Saturday, native plant trivia, and the plant auction.  As this location has native plants of interest, there will be time allotted within the schedule for guided walks.   There is also plenty of space for exhibitors and vendors to display and sell their wares.   Field trips in the vicinity will be offered for Friday afternoon and Sunday.    Registration - Each person attending the conference must complete a registration form.   There are several options for on-site lodging listed under ticket options for those that are spending the night(s) at ABC.  Each overnight option is listed as a separate ticket item as well as each meal offered.  Since each person must fill out the registration form - you will only select one(1) on each ticket item.  If you are sharing overnight accommodations at ABC, your roommate must also fill out a separate registration form.  Please list your roommate(s) name(s) in the registration questions.   Hotel options in the Acadiana Baptist Center’s Vicinity – about 10 miles/15 minutes travel timeHoliday Inn Express – Eunice – (337) 546-2466 (approximately $130 night)Best Western Eunice (337) 457-2800 (approximately $125 night)Day’s Inn Eunice (337) 457-3040 (approximately $95 night) Zeffy is a website that is free for non-profits.  However, when your tickets are totaled there will be a gratuity percentage for the use of Zeffy added to your bill.   You will find a drop-down menu for that box in which you can change that dollar amount (or $0) as you feel appropriate.
