2024 Thanksgiving Family Convention

This form is for the 2024 Thanksgiving Family Convention for St Mary and Archangel Michael Coptic Orthodox Church.


Important Notes:

1. The retreat is Wed 11/25 to Sat 11/28

2. Different room styles have different prices. Make sure you check out all the ticket types

3. If you are going to choose a room, you MUST purchase meal tickets for the number of occupants in the room

4. For meals, all children above 11 years of age are considered as adults

5. A Walk-in option is available for one day (only available for Thursday, 11/26). This walk-in ticket includes one day activities + Thanksgiving dinner

6. For the walk-in option only, children above 8 years of age are considered as adults, and children under 3 year olds are free!

7. Early bird discount ends on 10/27. On 10/28, room prices will be increased (meal plan prices will stay the same)

8. After selecting the tickets and before you pay, please make sure you enter the names of ALL family members going to the convention including kids. This is needed for planning purposes.

9. For kids please include their grade level in school. This will be important for us to plan activities for your children
