This weeklong camp invites youth self-expression to emerge from the virtual world of social media into the physical world of our local community.
Joining the craftivism/guerilla art movement...
An art movement in which people create art and leave it in public places for others to find or add to.
We take the experience, inspiration, and creative energy from our first two camps out into our community:
• Chalk stenciling
• Mini 3D art installations
• Reverse graffiti
• Googly-eye bombing
• Guerilla gardening
• Yarn bombing
• Random acts of craftivism / kindness
Everything we do in this week-long art party will be legal, removable, and meant to transform the environment and our community in playful, cheeky, and inspiring ways!
