Thank you so much for considering a sponsorship of the Skye Ranch Witches Ride! This event is produced by Suncoast Enchanted Alliance (SEA), a 501(c)3 organization. Your sponsorship helps further our mission of supporting local charities engagement through fostering relationships between businesses, nonprofit, and residents in the Sarasota area. In just it's first two year, SEA has donated almost $19k to local Sarasota charities.

The Skye Ranch Witches Ride is produced solely by donations. Your sponsorship dollars are going straight into our community with 100% of the event proceeds going directly to our beneficiary charity, All Star Children's Foundation, and we are so thankful for your support - we couldn't do this without you, our SPONSORS!

About All Star Children's Foundation:

Their mission is to build a brighter future for children in the foster care through Innovation, Science, and Compassion. They have a large number of free programs including: birth family engagement, foster parent support, evidence-based mental health intervention, trauma training, trauma informed systems and enrichment programs!

I understand I must provide my own 10 x10 tent, table and chairs for my vendor booth.

Vendor Booth Liability Waiver I, the vendor, understand and agree as follows: 1. That I am an adult (over the age of 18) and that I am responsible for anyone accompanying me, Regardless of age 2. That I may not Provide Service unless this waiver is read and signed. 3. That I may be photographed during The Skye Ranch Witches Ride/Fall Festival/After Party (the "Event") for which I hereby agree to have published without further release from me. This will constitute a “model release” with regard to any media bearing my likeness used for purposes of public relations or marketing of this event or any other purpose sought by The Skye Ranch Witches Ride, SEA Inc., or its representatives. 4. That I understand there are risks and hazards in connection with the participation in the Event. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with my participation in this activity, including the risk of physical injury or disability as the result of such injury, or death and I, and any and all peoples accompanying me, are voluntarily participating in the Event. I acknowledge and accept the responsibility of any injury or death sustained by persons AS A RESULT OF MY PRODUCT OR ACTIONS. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS; PROPERTY DAMAGE; PERSONAL INJURY or DEATH that may be sustained by myself, or by others if as a result of my product; or any loss or damage to property as a result of being engaged in such an activity. 5. I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS The Skye Ranch Witches Ride, SEA Inc., and Skye Ranch HOA and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and other Elected officials (“RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in the Event. 6. That I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs that may incur due to participation the Event. 7. That I expressly intend that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse (if any), as long as I am living , and my heirs, assignees and personal representative, in the event of my death, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, AND DISCHARGE of the above named RELEASEES. It is hereby further agreed to that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. 8. That I understand that the RELEASEES will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with any injury. 9. That I specifically acknowledge that the I, the Vendor am engaging in this service as a vendor, at my own request and risk, and not as an employee of The Skye Ranch Witches Ride, SEA Inc., Skye Ranch HOA, and further acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, benefit or insurance coverage from The Skye Ranch Witches Ride, Skye Ranch HOA, or SEA Inc., nor will such a claim be made by me or on my behalf 10. There is no contingency plan or alternate day to reschedule the event. If, due to acts beyond the control of the The Skye Ranch Witches Ride, conditions (such as wind, rain, hurricane, fire, pandemic, etc.) make it impracticable or dangerous to continue to operate the event, producer, sponsor, or public safety officials have the right to cancel any portion of or the entire event. Should cancellation occur all collected monies will be donated to our charity this year, All-Star Children's Foundation.*

I have read this Registration, Waiver of Liability, and understand its terms, and I voluntarily execute it with full knowledge of its significance.

If you are not setting up a vendor booth then you do not need to agree to the Waiver of Liability.
