Thank you for inspiring others to Swim with Gratitude Sunday August 13th at the Portsmouth ELKS Pool Swimathon and Family Fun Day! 

I hope you can attend with your family, or even CREATE or JOIN a TEAM!  The Fun Day gets going at 11:30 am, with the races, games and poolside fun starting at 12 noon, followed by a cookout and the KONA Ice truck. 
There will be plenty of food, music, and pool fun!
This will happen no matter what the weather is... I mean unless it storms or snows (this is New Hampshire).  Other than that you're set to swim with loads of encouragement and cheering on the day of!

Our 2023 Swimathon Fun-Raiser fees and donations have been earmarked specifically for our Lodge’s 2024 Gratitude Grant project: to fund lifeguard Red Cross certification and training costs for our local high school student applicants through the Portsmouth Recreation Department's train-to-hire program.

Since the Community Investments Program began in 2005, the ELKS have funded more than 27,000 grants to help Lodges build stronger communities. ELKS use grants to combat food insecurity, support people experiencing homelessness, serve veterans and military members in need, and to promote youth community service.
