Our unique triathlon starts with a 400 meter swim in our 6-lane heated indoor pool.  Next racers bike 10.8 miles and run 2 miles through the beautiful countryside of Barron County.  Participants can compete as a team or individual. Transitions all take place in the gymnasium. Medals are awarded to the top 3 males and females in each age group and top team in each category.  Overall time is provided by the BACC staff.  Watches are permitted for self timing and splits.  All participants receive use of the BACC facilities for the day and an Icebreaker Tri beanie. Great way to start off your triathlon season.
