General Admission

Baccalaureate is a non-denominational ceremony that offers a quieter, more intimate opportunity to pause and reflect on the graduation rite of passage. This is a time for reflection as our graduates move into the next phase of their lives. There will be a keynote speaker, Pastor Keith Vazquez, student speakers and others to offer advice and inspiration to the graduating class. This event is completely separate from the school activities and is completely optional to attend. This ceremony is run by volunteers and is funded completely by the fundraising efforts of the BAHS Chemical Free Events, Inc. committee. This year Sovereign Grace in Abingdon has graciously offered the use of their facility. It is a beautiful memory and holds rich traditions for the Bel Air High School community. It provides the opportunity for the students to wear the graduation regalia and have any guests there, including ones that may not be able to attend graduation.&nbsp; There will be a short, informal reception immediately following the event with light refreshments served.
