Non-Profits are eligible to set up a booth at no cost. These spaces will be inside, no tent needed. We are looking for: Afterschool Programs, Tutoring Services, Homeschool Associations, Preschools, Day Cares, Youth Camps, Youth Groups, etc. Limited tables available to use

For-profit companies that provide child or youth services/programs are eligible to set up a booth at no cost. Depending on space available these could be indoor or outdoor spaces, please reach out if you have a preference. We are looking for: Afterschool Programs, Tutoring Services, Homeschool Associations, Preschools, Day Cares, Youth Camps, Youth Groups, Medical Providers, etc. Limited tables available to use

Donations are accepted but not required.

This will provide OUTSIDE space for local vendors to set up. Anything sold at booths must be family friendly. No power will be available, and vendors must bring their own tent, tent weights and tables/chairs. This is an all weather event, No Refunds will be given for weather based cancellations.

Donations go towards:

Entertainment at the event and activities for students

Filling in gaps in school supply donations

Advertising costs (Updated Banner, Sign)

Event venue cost
