Enjoy the challenges of balancing, jumping, and coordinating movements to music. While this class will be most accessible to those with some type of movement background (other dance styles, circus arts, athletics, yoga, martial arts, etc), no specific experience is required and all are welcome.&nbsp; Recommended attire: socks or ballet slippers, comfortable clothing that allows movement (leotard and tights, or shorts or yoga pants and a T-shirt). Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

There is a changing room in the back of the studio. &nbsp;Bathrooms are on the main floor at the end of the hallway. You can find street or garage parking, which is free after 5pm.&nbsp;Please avoid our side and back lots, as they are reserved for tenants, staff, and instructors. Thanks!
