When he lost his adopted family in a tragic crash on the Hurricane Bridge, he was taken in by an elderly African American gentleman who nursed him back to health and gave him a $3 guitar. The rest is history.

(cool fact) It's believed that the word "Tanasi" is Cherokee for "bend in the river", and is believed to be the basis for the name Tennessee.

Outlaw Gospel is not one band. Outlaw Gospel is a collection, a cooperative, as the French would say a mélange. It is a mixture of the last people standing, the true heads, and the OG's. Any musician who's still around is welcome to grace the stage. They sing traditional songs, sing-alongs, hell even a stray hymm or two. This is a Hippie Jack's special, you won't wanna miss it.
