The cost for three hours of building use is $90.00, including time for set-up and clean-up (including sweeping the floors).  Events lasting more than three hours will be charged $30.00 for each additional hour or part of an hour. If a written cancellation notice is received less than 14 business days, a $45 refund will be returned.
