LXCL:Grants entry to the workshop

This workshop will bring guests to the preparation during the harvest festival, especially in Java and Bali region of Indonesia. Communities usually gather to help each other creating baskets made of palm, banana or pandan leaves to put their produce. Then eventually they will decorate a big offering platter to be brought to the temple or community Hall. Attendees will learn how to make 3 different styles of mini baskets from banana leaves and decorate them. Join us! I/we agree to release and hold harmless Dancers Unlimited including its teachers, dancers, staff members, volunteers and facilities used by both entities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Dancers Unlimited liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the event and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Dancers Unlimited. I understand that Dancers Unlimited is a licensed and insured business. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Owner, Director, Instructor or Staff member as soon as possible. Media ReleaseI authorize Dancers Unlimited (the &quot;Organization&quot;) and its partners, agents, representatives, assigns, successors in interest and licensees, to photograph, audiotape, and/or videotape me and grant the Organization and its partners the irrevocable right to use my photograph, audio recording, video recording, or any reproduction or modification thereof (the &ldquo;Photograph,&rdquo; &ldquo;Audio,&rdquo; and/or &ldquo;Video&rdquo;), in any manner or medium throughout the world an unlimited number of times in perpetuity in advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose. I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the permissions I am granting herein. I hereby waive any right of inspection of approval of the uses to which the Organization may put the Photograph, Audio, and/or Video. I acknowledge the Organization will rely on this permission and hereby release and discharge the Organization from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Photograph or the exercise of the permissions granted here, including any or all claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or emotional distress.
