Tea of the Day is an Indigenous-led cultural stewardship project restoring wild food systems in ancestral Maidum terrain in the Sierra Nevada foothills.&nbsp; Our work focuses on rebuilding native food and medicine plant stands, training and employing young people in traditional ecological practices, and carrying knowledge forward on the community&rsquo;s own terms. In doing so, we also hope to offer a model for preserving vital knowledge, practices, and lifeways in other regions. Featuring: Lawrence Laughing (original instructions and songs), Grayson Coney (traditional ecological knowledge teachings), Rick Berry (Earth Living Skills and caretaking philosophy), and more!
