The sign-up fee is $100 and includes Chicken Wings and Pork Ribs for each of the 3 judges and a small amount for the market participants to test and vote on. &nbsp;The meat will be provided at a pickup date/time the week before the event. &nbsp;You ARE allowed to cook on-site or prepare it at home. &nbsp;You may also season it as you wish, use a dry or wet rub, and you may also create more than one flavor. Each dish you have will be assigned a number to keep it anonymous. &nbsp;No sides are allowed.
