The participant fee includes a shirt, a Reigning Hope medallion, participation in the barrel race, and a chance to win in each ability bracket. Please be aware that all fees are non-refundable as a donation back to Reigning Hope if you can not make it! Here is more information...Please join is for our fourth annual Be a Rising Star Barrel Race here at Reigning Hope. This race is specifically designed for children and young adults with mental and physical disabilities. There will be 5 brackets offered: no assistance, minimum (horse leader), moderate (horse leader & 1 side walker), maximum assistance (horse leader & 2 side walker) and Reigning Hope adaptive lessons bracket.  Each participants will receive a medallion, t-shirt, and a chance to win a belt buckle per bracket.
