Journaling is widely recognized as a powerful tool for psychedelic integration, yet many people feel unsure of how to begin&mdash;or how to sustain a meaningful writing practice. This engaging and accessible workshop is designed for anyone looking to start or enrich their writing journey as part of their healing and self-exploration. Grace Moore, a lifelong journaler since age 11, with decades of experience in personal and creative writing practices, will introduce a variety of journaling methods and integration-focused exercises. Participants will receive a list of writing practices to explore independently and will be invited to try a few short exercises during the session. No prior writing experience is necessary.
