Join Kara Barnett and Anna Krain as they guide us through different elements of music, and we experience the ways that music can profoundly effect our lives. The Summer Solstice is the perfect time to connect with nature and our environment through sound, light, and meditative practice. This practice will include music with movement, listening deeply to music, and experiencing the effects of vibration through this sound bath practice. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a mat, blanket, or beach chair.
