PLEASE READ the following information before signing up below:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">All items being sold at the event should be family friendly.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">Vendors/artists collect payment at the booth. Please come prepared with adequate change. Beats for a Cure will not be a resource to make change for you.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">All vendor/artists are responsible for clearly marking prices so that they are convenient for shoppers.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">Vendor/artist tables must be staffed with a vendor representative or artist at all times and are expected to be actively engaged with our guests.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">Event hours are from 6pm-11pm. The venue will be open at 9am to set up and all booths must be cleaned and cleared by 11:59pm. Parking is provided. Set up instructions will be sent to the vendor/artist.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">Tables will be assigned in advance of vendor/artist arrival.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">A copy of the event flyer will be provided for you to forward via email or to print out hard copies. &nbsp;Your partnership in marketing this event will help make it a success for everyone.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">Beats for a Cure does not guarantee attendance numbers or sales for your booth.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">DEADLINE: 10/23/2026 or until all spaces have been filled.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:border-box;" style="box-sizing:border-box;">We are putting together a vendor basket, so please donate one item (merchandise, coupon, services...etc.) to add to the basket to raffle off. The value of the item given can be written off as a donation to the event. 100% of all monies raised from the raffle will go directly to the cause.</li></ol>
