Showcase your products while connecting with hundreds of local families during Tides of Grace's annual Family Fun Day!

Saturday September 12, 2-5pm at Caroline County 4H Park

We're excited to welcome local businesses, makers, artisans, crafters, and direct sales vendors to be part of this fun-filled community event. Vendor spaces provide a wonderful opportunity to introduce your business, sell your products, and engage with attendees throughout the day. Last year attendance surpassed 700 people.

Your Vendor Registration Includes:

• One 10' x 10' outdoor vendor space
• Opportunity to sell your products directly to attendees
• Inclusion on our event vendor map (if applicable)
• Promotion as a participating vendor in our pre-event vendor spotlight posts (as space allows)

Vendor Information:

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and display setup.
• Electricity is not guaranteed.
• All merchandise sold must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.
• Food vendors should contact us separately, as food vendor opportunities are limited and require prior approval. 410.924.7744
• Vendor fees help offset event expenses and allow Tides of Grace to continue providing Family Fun Day as a free event for the community.

We are proud to offer complimentary booth space to local nonprofits, community organizations, government agencies, schools, churches, and service organizations that are making a positive impact across the Eastern Shore.

Family Fun Day is all about bringing our community together, and we'd love for you to share your programs, services, volunteer opportunities, and resources with the families who attend. Last year we surpassed 700 people in attendance.

• Organizations may distribute informational materials, promotional items, and giveaways.
• Booths are intended for community outreach and education and may not be used to sell merchandise or conduct fundraising sales unless discussed and approved by Tides of Grace Board.
• Organizations are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and booth setup.
• Electricity is not guaranteed.

This registration category is reserved for nonprofit organizations, community groups, government agencies, schools, churches, and other organizations whose primary purpose is community education, outreach, or service.
