This 60&ndash;90 minute virtual workshop helps you work with your distress instead of fighting it. This time is for us to walk together. In this highly experiential session, you&#39;ll practice tools in real time and leave with 20+ concrete concepts and techniques you can use immediately &mdash; including strategies matched to every level of stress, from everyday friction to full overwhelm. You&#39;ll try to understand and respond to parenting distress, notice self critical thoughts, and build lasting resilience. Margaret has been a therapist for 15 years, and she supports adults throughout Texas and Minnesota.&nbsp; Her work centers on support for parents of neurodivergent children and/or parents whose child has come out as LGBTQ.&nbsp; &nbsp;
