Check in and direct volunteers to work area

Stay with BHS band and help with uniform issues and thru performance

Greet visiting band and be an ambassador for visiting schools thru their performance.

Help serve refreshments to the band members down on the field after their performance

Sit in Ticket office and sell tickets for Event

Check wristbands at Main Entry for visiting school members

Sell 50/50 in the stands during event

Help Direct guest and bands upon arrival

Assist our Field Crew Lead with setting up and taking down of equipment for each band

Open and close gate for the field for each band

Guard Gate onto the field by the bleachers to ensure only members and badged volunteers gain access to the field
