History and Culture will also be covered in class. This dance style employs natural movements that are for everyone regardless of body type, size or age. No previous dance experience is necessary

There is a changing room adjacent to the dance studio, however the bathrooms are located on the main floor (at the end of the hallway). You can find free street or garage parking. &nbsp;Additionally, you may park across the street from CSMA at True Insurance. &nbsp;Please do not park in our small side and back lots, as they are reserved for our tenants, staff, and instructors.
