We've made a change! Our Fun Fore All outing has been replaced with a Summer Social Picnic at the Marriott. Due to low participation, we've decided to stay on-site so everyone can relax, connect, and enjoy the evening without having to travel after arriving for the conference.
Join us in the Marriott courtyard for a casual evening of great food, lawn games, and conversation as we kick off the weekend together.

We'll also have cornhole and giant Connect Four, along with plenty of time to relax, unwind, reconnect with old friends, and make new ones.
We are happy to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs. Please indicate your needs when registering. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll simply move the picnic indoors.
The slide presentation photo will be used for the button.
Your child, sibling, or grandchild's name and photo is displayed with the centerpiece on a table during mealtime for the entire Gathering Conference. Please take your centerpiece with you at the end of the event.
Please email photos in jpg format to [email protected] along with your loved one’s name, birth date, and death date as you would like them to appear on the centerpiece.

Space is granted in the order your vendor application form is received and approved.
We highly recommend that your product/information be of direct interest to bereaved families. All products and information is subject to board approval. All questions must be answered at checkout. If you are not approved, your money will be refunded.
If you are attending the conference, you must also purchase a ticket to the event.

We’re launching a special service project to support grieving siblings in Pennsylvania through The Caring Place. The Caring place will use these funds to support high school students. These young people age out of The Caring Place at 18—when they can join Bereaved Parents of the USA. We want to leave a lasting impact in Pittsburgh and build a bridge of support for grieving families.
