Beyond Leadership is a summit focused on servant leadership featuring LHA&rsquo;s original curriculum the 10 Essentials of Servant Leadership in a fast-paced, interactive, multi-media format that will engage each person in activities and dialogue. Individual and self-reflective activities combined with group and team activities create a rich and robust experience and lots of new connections too.&nbsp; Facilitated by LHA&rsquo;s President &amp; CEO, Una Martone, Beyond Leadership incorporates a history of servant leadership and explores best practices from local and international organizations. A resource workbook is referenced throughout the summit along with multiple book recommendations and a road map for the continued servant leadership journey after the program. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion. A lite breakfast as well as healthy lunch will be served along with beverages and snacks throughout the day.
