General Admission includes entry to Beyond the Mask: An Unmasking Experience and general seating beginning in Rows 7–17 of the center seating sections.

Seating within the General Admission section is first come, first served within the designated area. Doors open at the general admission time listed for the event.

Guests who require wheelchair space, companion seating, or other mobility accommodations should select the Accessible Seating ticket option so our team can prepare the appropriate seating arrangement.

This ticket is reserved for guests who require an accessible seating option. A limited number of designated wheelchair spaces and companion seating areas are available and will be reserved based on capacity.

A chair lift is available for guests who are able to safely transfer from their mobility device for use of the lift.

Please note: the chair lift is not designed to transport large motorized scooters or similar mobility devices. Event team members are also not available to lift or carry motorized scooters or other large mobility devices up or down the stairs.

Guests who use a wheelchair and remain in their wheelchair during the event should select this ticket so they can be placed in one of the designated wheelchair locations.

One companion ticket may be purchased with each Accessible Seating ticket.

Because accessible seating space is limited, advance registration is strongly encouraged.

VIP guests receive preferred seating within the first three rows of the center seating sections, along with early access to the evening's experience.

VIP admission includes:

• Early entry beginning at 5:30 PM

• Seating within the first three center rows

Accessibility Notice: The designated VIP seating area in the first three center rows is not configured for wheelchair spaces. Guests who require wheelchair seating should purchase the General Admission — Accessible Seating ticket so that an appropriate designated wheelchair location can be reserved. Preferred guests will receive:
