Beats for a Cure

Each space has room for one 6' table (provided if needed). Electricity is provided, please bring an extension cord. Vending time 10am - 9pm (need to be packed up by 9pm).

Thank you for your interest. PLEASE READ the following information before signing up below: <ol><li style="box-sizing:border-box">All items being sold at the event should be family friendly.</li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">Vendors/artists collect payment at the booth. Please come prepared with adequate change. Beats for a Cure will not be a resource to make change for you.</li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">All vendor/artists are responsible for clearly marking prices so that they are convenient for shoppers.</li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">Vendor/artist tables must be staffed with a vendor representative or artist at all times and are expected to be actively engaged with our guests. </li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">Event hours are from 10am-10pm. The venue will be open at 8am to set up and all booths must be cleaned and cleared by 9pm. Parking is provided. Set up instructions will be sent to the vendor/artist.</li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">Tables will be assigned in advance of vendor/artist arrival.</li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">A copy of the event flyer will be provided for you to forward via email or to print out hard copies.  Your partnership in marketing this event will help make it a success for everyone. </li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">Beats for a Cure does not guarantee attendance numbers or sales for your booth.</li><li style="box-sizing:border-box">DEADLINE: 10/11/2025</li></ol>
