🚗 Parking Terms & Conditions
1. Parking Eligibility
- Valid for the winning bidder only.
- Non-transferable – may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned.
- Each VIP spot will receive a personalized placard for display.
2. Access Times
- Parking begins at 4:30 PM on home game days.
- Early access is not permitted.
- Vehicle must arrive no later than 30 minutes after kickoff of the varsity football game.
- Parking ends immediately following the conclusion of the varsity game (approx. 9:30 PM).
3. Vehicle & Use Rules
- No oversized vehicles (e.g. RVs, trailers, buses).
- No tailgating permitted in or near the designated parking space.
- Violations may result in forfeiture of parking privileges.
4. Additional Notes
- The personalized placard must be clearly visible while parked.
- BHFB Boosters Inc. and Bret Harte Union High School are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss involving vehicles or personal property.
