Our doulas plays a vital role in guiding the vision, governance, and sustainability of our work to advance equitable, community-led birth, postpartum, and family support in Queens and beyond. We are seeking individuals who are deeply aligned with our mission and values, bring a commitment to equity and community accountability, and are willing to actively participate in our organization after completion of our training. We value both professional expertise and lived experience, and we believe strong doula candidates solution-oriented team players. This application helps us learn more about your background, interests, and capacity to serve as a doula. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into 2026 Doula cohort. Selected applicants may be invited to a follow-up conversation or interview as part of our interview process. We encourage individuals with diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives especially those connected to the Queens communities we serve to apply.
