This special community mat Pilates experience brings together a collective of SESSION instructors &mdash; Carmen Cage, Madison Majors, and Chardae Davis &mdash; for a dynamic, round-robin style class designed to energize, connect, and celebrate the power of showing up together. More than a workout, this event reflects SESSION&rsquo;s commitment to creating intentional spaces that give back.
