The wait was never enough to stop the joy.
Join us this Juneteenth for a powerful lecture and community gathering exploring the tension between carrying weight and still choosing joy, fellowship, celebration, and connection anyway.
The evening will include a powerful lecture experience led by Anthony Murdock II, the honoring of this year’s Enduring Legacy Award recipient, and a night filled with music, food, games, line dancing, and fellowship with community.
While this lecture experience is free, donations directly support our work of continuing to build pathways to liberation through entrepreneurship, storytelling, and community.
Date: Saturday June 20, 2026

Location: P30

This workshop was created for people who are tired of simply surviving.
Led by Anthony Murdock II, this experience will continue the conversation around navigating difficult seasons while reconnecting with joy, community, purpose, and the belief that we can still move forward while carrying weight.
Participants can expect meaningful dialogue, reflection, and practical conversation designed to help them move from survival mode into feeling empowered, seen, and connected.
While this lecture experience is free, donations directly support our work of continuing to build pathways to liberation through entrepreneurship, storytelling, and community.
