Forge a Traditional Blacksmith Knife &mdash; and Support Our Volunteers Black Horse Forge is run entirely by volunteers&mdash;right down to the board. No one here receives compensation; the only reward is the pride and satisfaction that comes from serving our mission and community. The board of Black Horse Forge is hosting this special class to raise funds to show our appreciation for all of our dedicated volunteers. In this hands-on class, you&rsquo;ll learn how to forge a traditional blacksmith knife using time-honored techniques combined with modern equipment.&nbsp; Under the guidance of our instructors, you&rsquo;ll heat, hammer, shape, and finish your own knife to take home. Join us, develop your skills, and help us give back to the people who keep Black Horse Forge alive.
